Refund policy

- The Spa Rooms happily exchanges goods in perfect, unopened condition within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. 
(SALE ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED) 

- Proof of purchase is required. 

- NOTE: The Spa Rooms does not offer refunds (unless goods are faulty). 

-NOTE: The Spa Rooms does not offer refunds on GIFT CERTIFICATES however they are transferable to another recipient. Please contact The Spa Direct 02 94560801. 

- To complete your return, we require you contact us to pre-arrange authorisation. Please email using the form on our contact page regarding your request, and we will give you instructions. Our office hours are: Tuesday - Friday 9.30am - 5pm. 

- Shipping for returns will be at your own expense, and you will also be charged a re-delivery fee for the new items being returned back to you of $9.95 Australia-Wide. 

- We cannot send your exchange products until we have received the original purchase back in perfect condition. 
If you are shipping an item over $49, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
