Shipping policy
Free standard shipping on all skincare orders over $99 Australia wide. For orders under $99 a $12 standard shipping fee is automatically applied at checkout. Alternatively, a $15 express shipping fee is available for you to choose online at checkout. International shipping is not available.
All products purchased in spa and online are shipped directly from The Spa Rooms located, NSW, Australia.
Next day dispatch from Sydney* - Purchased items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order depending on the time the order was placed. Orders placed after 4.00pm on a Friday and over a weekend, items will be shipped next business day (Monday). Please allow up to 7 business days for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 7 days, please notify us at info@thesparooms.com.au
The Spa Rooms is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items. To track your order please contact us at info@thesparooms.com.au.
The Spa Rooms is an official stockist of the MV Skintherapy range of products. Our online store provides access to purchasing your selected MV Skintherapy products and should that product not be available in our online store range, please contact us directly at info@thesparooms.com.au to explore whether the product has been discontinued or has been renamed by MV Skintherapy.
CALL & COLLECT
The Spa Rooms now offers a same day call & collect service so you can shop all your favourite skincare products and well-being gifts over the phone and collect from The Spa Rooms - 136-138b Berowra Waters Road, Berowra Heights, NSW. Pickup is available from Tuesday through to Saturday.
LOCAL PICKUP SERVICE
Our local pick up service (available at checkout online) allows you to pick up your order from The Spa Rooms - 136-138b Berowra Waters Road, Berowra Heights, NSW. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your order to be ready. Local pickup is available from Tuesday through to Saturday. Please present your order confirmation email upon pickup.
GIFT VOUCHERS
A $15 express post shipping fee applies for all hard copy gift voucher purchases online that require shipping. You are automatically issued with an E-Voucher- however if you are wanting a hard copy voucher and cannot make it into the spa to pick up we can express post it to your recipient. This service is only available Tuesday to Friday and all the above shipping conditions apply.
Gift Voucher redemption on product purchases online, shipping fees do apply based on total package weight. Please speak to our Guest Services team directly to place your product order when redeeming a gift voucher.
Once your item is shipped, we will send you a notification email. Purchased items will be shipped within 24 hours of order. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 days, please notify us at info@thesparooms.com.au.
All gift voucher purchases both hard copy and eGift Vouchers in spa and online are final. The Spa Rooms does not offer refunds on gift voucher purchases.
